Quality: Each material undergoes 15 tests for mechanical, chemical, and environmental effects. During production, the product undergoes 5 technical control checkpoints to ensure defects are detected by our employees, not our customers. Our quality is certified with ISO 9001 and a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
Service: We create visualizations with your company’s logo on our products, help you choose branding options that match your needs, budget, and timeline. After stitching and approving the final sample, we formalize our agreement with a contract. Additionally, if you have special requests, such as printing and including New Year's cards in the products, packaging gifts in your custom packaging, or any other requests, we will definitely try to fulfill them.
