Cordura 1000D
Cordura 1000D is a thick and dense fabric (fiber) made from nylon thread with water-resistant impregnation and a polyurethane coating. The main characteristics of Cordura fabric are:
- High material density;
- Enhanced water resistance (waterproofness) — over 5000 mm;
- Multi-layer coating for increased durability and strength;
- Fabric melting temperature ranges from 210-245 °C;
- Abrasion resistance of the fabric is at 7,600 cycles.
Oxford fabric with enhanced density
Thanks to the unique basket weave technology of the fibers, which prevents dirt and moisture from penetrating the fabric, the synthetic Oxford material has many advantages:
- Waterproofness and the ability to repel dirt.
- High strength and abrasion resistance.
- Heat resistance. The fabric maintains its properties and characteristics in the temperature range from -50 °C to +110 °C.
- Low fiber wear.
- Requires minimal maintenance.
Eco-leather material
Eco-leather has many advantages:
- Withstands temperature range from -35 °C to +40 °C. It does not deform from frost or UV rays.
- Eco-leather has air permeability due to the applied microporous film, allowing moisture to escape from the inside while preventing water from entering from the outside.
- Elastic, soft, and pleasant to the touch.
- Does not release toxins, harmful substances, or strong odors.
- Easy to care for.
Tytan threads
TYTAN is made from 100% polyester continuous fibers. They are characterized by very high tensile strength and excellent abrasion resistance. The colors of TYTAN threads are resistant to washing, light exposure, and chemical factors.
