Warranty Service

The warranty applies:
- For the Backpack and Bag category, the warranty covers seams and fittings from 14 days to 12 months.
- For the Clothing category, the warranty does not apply.

What happened?

- A manufacturing defect was found (poor-quality seams);

- Faulty fittings (NON-mechanical damages not caused by the buyer);

Warranty case

- Abrasive wear;

- Exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, and alkalis;

- Accidents;

- Improper storage;

- Careless use and maintenance (see care conditions);

- Exceeding the maximum permissible load;

- Use of the product for unintended purposes;

- Damage caused by third parties—carriers or customs inspection.

What to do? Contact us at 068 7880 703, provide your order number (or send a photo of the receipt if purchased in our store), describe the defect, and send a photo via our messengers.
Our manager will provide information on repair timelines and delivery details.
Send the item to the address provided by the manager.

- Ensure that postal workers do not fold it in half to prevent material creases;

- The item must be sent only in our branded packaging.

Provide the tracking number to the manager so we can identify your shipment.

PLEASE NOTE!

  1. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage to items placed inside the product during its use throughout its entire lifespan, regardless of how it is used.
  2. The warranty period starts from the date specified on the waybill issued by the carrier upon receipt of the shipment or the date on the receipt when purchasing in a physical store. Therefore, keep your receipt or waybill throughout the warranty period.
  3. The warranty becomes void if the customer modifies the product's structure or performs repairs independently.
  4. For warranty service, the product must be clean according to care conditions (free of odors, dust, stains, or other dirt) and contain no foreign objects inside. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse warranty service.
  5. If the product is damaged during transportation, it is recommended to file a claim with the carrier (who insures baggage damage) at the destination point before signing the receipt documents.
